摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain or improve cooling performance of cooling fins by rapidly discharging generated vapor, in an ebullient cooling device. SOLUTION: The ebullient cooling device 1 includes refrigerant flow paths 10, cooling fins 12 and a vapor discharge path 14, and is installed in a vertical placement. A fin surface of the cooling fin 12 is formed at a predetermined elevation angle from a root toward a tip. The refrigerant passes through a narrow flow path between the fins, and boils in a process of cooling a heat generating element.
