PURPOSE: A scriber setting device equipped with a level which prevents the deformation of a vertical line by climatic change is provided to simply set a scriber by rapidly forming a vertical line. CONSTITUTION: A scriber setting device equipped comprises a connection part(20), a reference plane(50), a horizontally transferring unit and a vertically transferring unit. The connection part is freely rotated side to side based on a fixing plate(10). The reference plane is freely rotated based on the connection part the top and bottom. A level is attached to one side of the reference plane. The horizontally transferring unit from side to side transfers the connection part. The vertically transferring unit transfers the reference plane to the top and bottom.
