PURPOSE: An assembly improved structure of a traffic sign plate of a road, which can improve productivity, is provided to reduce maintenance costs by preventing malfunction. CONSTITUTION: A first assembly comprises a assembly body(21), an assembly U-bolt(22) and a loosing preventive unit(23). A second assembly is formed on a semicircular groove. A third assembly has a long semicircular groove in a longitudinal direction to make a central top part pass through the top of a horizontal part. A fourth assembly has a rolling part in order to fit the central top part into the outer circumference of the horizontal part.
