<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a nonfeeding state and a double feeding state of paper, when detecting the passing of the paper by a sensor thereafter, by further carrying on a paper feeding roller, by separately carrying the paper on a pickup roller, in an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A paper feeding motor 8 rotates. A first transmission gear 5 rotating by being transmitted to a first transmission belt 11, a second transmission gear 6 rotating by the first transmission gear 5, a third transmission gear 7 rotating by the second transmission gear 6 and a shaft 1-1 further integrated with the third transmission gear 7 and the pickup roller 1, rotate synchronously with the rotation of the third transmission gear 7. The paper 10 is carried through the rotation of the pickup roller 1. A thickness direction state of the paper 10 is detected by the sensor 3 integrated with a light receiving element and a light emitting element arranged in the oblique direction in a state capable of rotating the carried paper 10 to the same shaft part and a shaft for rotating the paper feeding roller 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
