PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic luffa sheet based on dried luffa fibers which have been widely used as a skin-scrubbing device since ancient times, with which people can routinely and easily try a cosmetic effect which is expected to develop with gold foils and gold powders contacting to the human skin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic luffa sheet is manufactured by a process which repeatedly strikes solid tissue of luffa fibers with a machine hammer while it is held with a covering sheet to be compressed flatly, a process which applies an adhesive material to the compressed luffa fiber sheet and a process which makes gold foils or gold powders distributed on the coated surface of the adhesive material and dries the adhesive material. The cosmetic luffa sheet is based on the luffa fiber sheet which is flatly compressed from the solid tissue of the luffa fibers and the sheet is distributed and firmly fixed with the gold foils or the gold powders.
