PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which suppresses change in a design such as whitening and cracking in folded parts upon post processing as much as possible with the use of a polypropylene resin and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A transparent polypropylene resin layer includes a homopolypropylene resin (A) having an isotactic pentad ratio of 75% or below and a copolymer (B) of propylene and ethylene or anα-olefin of 3 to 20 carbon atoms, a ratio of (A)/(B) is 50/50 to 95/5, and the copolymer (B) of propylene and ethylene or anα-olefin of 3 to 20 carbon atoms has Shore A hardness of 65-90, a melting point of 130-170°C, a density of 860-875 kg/m<SP>3</SP>and a glass transition point of -35 to -25°C.
