PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in overhead of development while suppressing an increase in memory capacity for storing raster data, when creating raster data.

SOLUTION: An image processor creates raster data showing a result of drawing an object in a plurality of drawing bands according to input data including the drawing instruction of the object. The image processor calculates the amount of the raster data in the unit band that is a basic unit of the drawing band on the basis of the drawing instruction of the object in creating the raster data, and determines the number of unit bands included in the drawing band on the basis of the calculated data amount.
