<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent foamed sheet made of polyester excelling in transparency, weather resistance, interlayer adhesion, heat resistance, moisture resistance, heat insulating property, cushioning performance, etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transparent foamed sheet is formed by sticking an embossed sheet with a rugged part provided on the surface by embossing, to at least one surface of a flat base sheet, wherein the base sheet and the embossed sheet are made of polyester.
