<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a customized on-demand driver according to the usage environment by allowing a communication device to selectively provide corresponding device information in response to an acquisition request from a device side which forms an on-demand driver for driving the communication device. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device to be driven by an on-demand driver installed to a device having an on-demand driver forming program for forming an on-demand driver for the communication device based on device information of the communication device includes: a storage means which stores the device information of the communication device; and a response means which transmits, in response to an acquisition request of device information by the on-demand driver forming program, the device information stored in the storage means to the device according to additive information contained in the acquisition request of device information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
