<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering torque detection signal transmission device capable of obtaining two kinds of torque sensor information even when a signal wire is disconnected by one wire while suppressing increase of the wired number of wire harnesses for connecting a torque sensor unit and an assist ECU and performing back-up of a power source even when a power source feeding wire is disconnected by one wire. <P>SOLUTION: A torque signal modulation part 160 produces a signal (T1×sin(ωt)) in which a sine wave signal is overlapped on a first torque signal T1, a signal (T1×cos(ωt)) in which a cosine wave signal is overlapped on the first torque signal T1, a signal (T2×sin(ωt)) in which a sine wave signal is overlapped on a second torque signal T2, and a signal (T2×cos(ωt)) in which a cosine wave signal is overlapped on the second torque signal T1. An output redundancy part 170 outputs a signal for indicating (T1×sin(ωt)+T2×cos(ωt)) and a signal for indicating (T1×cos(ωt)+T2×sin(ωt)). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
