The crane has a two-piece post, with a hinge, mounted on a foot. A lifting cylinder has one end connected to the lifting arm, hinged to the post's top piece, and its other end hinged to the bottom piece. Provision is made for locking the cylinder in position, for operation and for transport. The locking agents (18,20) are fitted in such a way that they are supported on the upper part of the post (8), on both sides of the cylinder (6), in both the crane's operative and transport positions.
