<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve driving mechanism capable of achieving miniaturization in a movement direction of a valve element, even when a movable amount of the valve element is large. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The valve driving mechanism 5 for performing the open/close movements of the valve element 14 opening and closing an in-flow part of fluid or an out-flow part of the fluid includes a driving coil 26, an almost plate-shaped driving magnet 27 arranged opposite to one end surface of the driving coil 26, a substrate 25 having the driving coil 26, and a bearing 28 arranged while having a Z direction as an axial direction and rotatably supporting the substrate 25. The valve driving mechanism 5 performs the open/close movements of the valve element 14 through the rocking movement of the substrate 25 around the bearing 28 with respect to the driving magnet 27.
