PURPOSE: An RF(Radio Frequency) communication device and a power control method thereof are provided to secure transmission performance by stabilizing the driving power of a PAM. CONSTITUTION: A baseband processing unit(52) outputs a first GPIO signal or a second GPIO signal depending on whether or not the voltage of the input power is lower than a reference voltage. A PMIC(Power Management IC)(54) supplies the input power as the driving power of the baseband processing unit. The reference voltage includes a minimum voltage value for activating a PAM(Power Amplifier Module)(32) normally. |
