PURPOSE: A breathable foamed product and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure high cushioning and breathing effects because the foam can be separated into small pieces. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a breathable foamed product(300) comprises steps of: preparing a plate-shaped material(100) which comprises plate-shaped foam(120) and first and second heat fusion films(110,130); cutting the plate-shaped foam to obtain small pieces(200); separating the pieces from the plate-shaped foam to be placed in a seating groove(510) of a piece seating plate(500); fusing a first breathable plane material(310) via the first heat fusion film on a side of the pieces; and fusing a second breathable plane material(320) via the second heat fusion film on the other side of the pieces.
