PURPOSE: An aroma fomentation pack is provided, which generates aroma while fomenting, promotes spiritual stability and allows recovery and reduction of disease. CONSTITUTION: An aroma fomentation pack comprises: a pack part equipped with an outside resin surface(13) welded to the other side face of the central resin surface and a microporous surface(12) welded to one side of the center resin surface; aroma powder(20) filled in the first pack formed by the central resin surface and microporous surface; and a regenerative agent(30) of gel or sol state filled into the second pack which is formed by the central resin surface and outside resin surface.
