PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force adjusting apparatus capable of using a motor for generating the maximum torque smaller than a desired torque difference between left and right wheels. SOLUTION: In the constitution of the driving force adjusting apparatus, depending on a predetermined method, an input element I, a first output element R, a second output element L, a motor input element M, a fixed element F, and a connecting element C, an ordinate of which shows the number of revolutions, and an abscissa of which shows relative ratios of the number of revolutions of each element. A velocity diagram is achieved in which length of L-I is equal to length of R-I, and L-I-R, F-I-C and C-R-M are linearly connected to each other in order, or L-I-R, M-L-C and C-I-F are linearly connected to each other in order.
