PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear mechanism and an electrically driven vehicle capable of restraining an exciting force in both rotating direction and radial direction. SOLUTION: The planetary gear mechanism is provided with four pinions 10P, 20P, and the phase of engagement with sun gears 10S, 20S of each of the pinions 10P, 20P and ring gears 10R, 20R is shifted equidistantly, and the relative tooth face shape of engagement with each of the pinions 10P, 20P and the sun gears 10S, 20S or ring gears 10R, 20R are modified in the same direction for the opposed pinions, and modified in the reverse direction for the adjacent pinions.
