<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly construct adjacent base station information without depending on the movement of a radio terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station device CS includes an output power notification part 103 which reports output power information to a radio base station controller S1, a reception power measuring part 104 which measures a reception power for each time slot based on the reception radio waves for control information transmitted from the other radio base station device through a control channel, and a reception power transmitting part 105 for transmitting the reception power information representing the reception power for each time slot to the radio base station controller S1 along with the time slot selected by own station. The radio base station controller S1 includes an output power receiving part 106 and a reception power receiving part 107 which receive output power information and reception power information from the radio base station device CS, and an adjacent base station information constructing part 108 which compares each output power with the reception power for each radio base station device, which has been converted from the reception power information on the basis of time slot, to construct adjacent base station information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
