CASE IMAGE RETRIEVAL DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically estimate the attributes of the pickup images of various sites or imaging conditions such as a CT image or an MR image, and to perform similar image retrieval corresponding to the estimated attributes or its output.

SOLUTION: In a similar case retrieval system 100, a site analyzing part 21 and a imaging condition analyzing part 22 respectively estimates sites and imaging conditions from an input query image, and a degree of similarity calculation part 31 retrieves and displays case images corresponding to the estimated sites and imaging conditions. Thus, it is not necessary to designate the imaging sites or imaging conditions of the query image by a manual operation, and efficient.
