<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a lithium ion battery which prevents deterioration of the battery due to lithium deposits on a negative electrode surface generated by a slip of a wheel of an automobile or a sudden acceleration/deceleration of the automobile. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU 13 and a control program 14 which drive a motor 19 for driving the automobile and serve as the control device for the lithium ion battery controlling the lithium ion battery 11 equipped with a heater 12 include a count means (S4) for counting a number of times that an overcurrent flows in the motor 19, and a heating means (S6) for heating the lithium ion battery 11 with the heater 12 when a value counted by the count means (S4) exceeds a predetermined number of times stored in an overcurrent threshold memory part 15 (S5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
