<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which is capable of enhancing an accuracy of the obtained data from a moving data collection device along a track, this method is used for calculation of geographical track. <P>SOLUTION: The data collecting device for measuring the data on track includes a set of on board sensors. During moving of the device, the physical measurement data are enable to collect with a sampling mode. From the collected measurement data, an azimuth profile, a pitch profile, a distance profile and a roll profile can be calculated. While the device is moving from the starting position of the device to the end point position in the track, the measurement data are stored in a memory for the evaluation. The profiles are calculated, and before evaluating of the measurement data which are collected for calculating the trajectory from the profiles, at least an error compensation is applied for the measurement data of first and second sensors of the device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
