PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform information distribution toward mobile terminals and electronic signboards, corresponding to a change of time, a place, or a belonging group in real time. SOLUTION: In this distribution communication system, information obtained from the mobile terminal is utilized, a situation of the group present near the electronic signboard is recognized, and the information is distributed to the electronic signboard.
