PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball distribution device which achieves a reduction in size and is rich in variety in places where game balls are distributed. SOLUTION: The game ball distribution device 20 is equipped with an introducing part 21 for introducing the game ball entering a winning pocket 18, a lead-out part 22 provided at a position higher than the introducing part, a lifting device 26 which lifts the game ball in the introducing part to the lead-out part, a V winning pocket 23 configured to move to an advantageous game state, and a lose port 24a. The lifting device 26 includes a cylindrical rotational body 27, a game ball-retaining part 28 formed on the circumferential surface of the rotational body, a through-passage 29 where the game ball passes inside the rotational body, and a driving device 30 for rotating the rotational body about a central axis. A guide passage 25, where the game ball in the lead-out part rolls, is connected to the entrance 29a of the through-passage.
