PURPOSE: A system for detecting lane intrusion and a method for detecting lane intrusion in order to test a driving license are provided to accurately detect the lane intrusion of a vehicle without controlling the system at a certain angle. CONSTITUTION: If a wheel of a vehicle intrudes upon a lane, an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) detector(20) senses a tag signal of the RFID tag. The RFID tag detector transmits the received tag signal to a central control room(40) and a detection monitor(80). The RFID tag is inserted into a fixing bracket, and an anchor portion formed on the lower portion of the fixing bracket is fixed by being inserted into the lane. |
