An electro-static discharge protector which can be easily applied, in any desired shape, to the ESD protection of electronic circuit boards having various designs, and which brings about excellent accuracy of operating-voltage adjustment and renders miniaturization or cost reduction possible. Provided is a composition for discharge-gap filling which can be used in producing said electro-static discharge protector. The composition for discharge-gap filling is characterized by comprising: metallic particles (A) each comprising a metal particle coated with a hydrolyzate of a metal alkoxide represented by general formula (1); and a binder ingredient (C).
