The present invention relates to a method for protecting a software license, to a system for same, to a server, to a terminal, and to a computer-readable recording medium. The present invention provides a terminal for protecting a software license, comprising: a terminal communication unit linked to a coupled dongle-type token; a terminal control unit which operates and controls specific software, checks whether a seculet for driving the specific software exists in the token, transmits a command for executing the seculet to the token if the seculet exists, receives the execution result from the token, and controls the specific software to be run; and a terminal storing unit for storing the specific software. The present invention protects a software license to overcome vulnerability to reverse engineering and to avoid dependence on the Internet and customer inconvenience.
