The seal is designed to be mounted between two elements (14, 16) rotatable relative to one another, notably rings of a rolling bearing. The seal comprises sealing portions (36, 38) respectively capable of applying a dynamic sealing with one of the two elements (16) and a static sealing with the other element (14). The dynamic sealing portion (38) has an annular portion (40) comprising at least a friction sealing lip (42) adapted to come into contact with the corresponding element (16). The seal further comprises a deflector lip (50) located axially on the opposite side of the friction sealing lip (42) relative to the annular portion (40), said deflector lip being adapted to orient foreign matter away from the friction sealing lip.
