Conventionally, a manual snow plow is of a hand-push type, but such a hand-push type snow plow requires a great deal of labor. Moreover, a patented shoulder belt traction type hand-push tool (snow plow) has a drawback that a tension bar and a shoulder belt constrain a body of an operator, thus leading to reduced snow removal efficiency and less safety. A securing belt type manual snow plow comprises a support rod (1) attached to a snow scraping bucket (2), a handle (3) attached to the support rod, a tension bar (5) attached thereto, and a securing belt (7) provided at the rear end of the tension bar (5). An operator applies his or her body weight on the securing belt (7) and moves the snow plow by walking to thereby reduce the labor of the operator necessary for snow removal. Moreover, the operator is not constrained by the tension bar and the shoulder belt which would otherwise constrain the operator in a shoulder belt traction type hand-push tool (snow plow), and consequently, the snow removal efficiency can be enhanced and the safety of operation reduced by constraint can be improved.
|
