Preparation method of oxalate-degrading enzymes included in plant fiber or insoluble ingredient of microorganisms, use of said oxalate-degrading enzymes in preparing oxalate-low or oxalate-free drink, food and feedstuff, and in preparing food additives or drugs achieving prevention or treatment hyperoxaluria and hyperoxaluria-relating diseases are disclosed. Since oxalate-degrading enzymes are included in plant fiber or insoluble component of microorganisms, said enzymes are protected by plant fiber or insoluble component of microorganisms and are not degraded by protease in gastrointestinal tract. And since oxalate-degrading enzymes are included in plant fiber or insoluble component of microorganisms, preparation process is simple, and the cost is low. Moreover, since they are from plant or microorganisms, particularly edible plant or microorganisms, the oxalate-degrading enzymes have no toxic effect and are convenient for long-term intake. |
