The power supply unit (1) comprises one or multiple energy cell units (2a-2f) embedded partially in a porous body (3). The porous body is made of a material with certain thermal conductivity. The porous body is made of metal or metal alloy or ceramic material with high electrical resistance or high dielectric strength. The porous body is a metallic foam or a ceramic foam. The porous body is made of aluminum or ceramic material selected from the group which includes aluminum nitride, aluminum oxide, beryllium oxide, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, boron nitride and mixtures. |
