<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of suppressing the pressure loss of the flow of an air passing the heat exchanger while increasing a heat transfer area. <P>SOLUTION: This heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between the air and a refrigerant comprises a plurality of heat exchange sheets 46. The heat exchange sheets 46 are formed by crossing and integrating a plurality of hollow thin tubes 50 allowing the refrigerant to flow therein with a plurality of thin line members 60.
