PURPOSE: A pipe cleaning apparatus is provided to recognize the accurate amount of water in each section of a pipe using an automatic flowmeter. CONSTITUTION: A pipe cleaning apparatus comprises a pig pipe(11), a flange(14), a flange cover(15), an automatic flowmeter(33), a sluice valve(50), an observation equipment(16), a foreign material checking plate, and a compact CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) camera. The pig pipe is formed on the top of the right center of a steel pipe(10). The automatic flowmeter is formed in the left side of the pig pipe. The sluice valve is integrally formed in the right side of the pig pipe. The observation equipment is formed in the inner middle portion of the pig pipe. The compact CCTV camera is formed on the top of the pig pipe.
