PURPOSE: A sphygmomanometer and an arm fixing device therefore are provided to accurately measure a pulse of both arms of a subject by moving a pulse diagnosis sensor. CONSTITUTION: An arm fixing groove(13) receives an arm of a subject. An arm contact surface(12) is formed on the upper surface of a body(11). A main frame(1) is arranged on the lower side of the body to fix the body. A horizontal rotation adjuster(15) is rotatably fixed to the main frame. A vertical rotation adjuster(14) is rotatably fixed to the upper side of the horizontal rotation adjuster. A distance between the body and the horizontal rotation adjuster is 50 to 100 mm.
