PRODUCTION AND USE OF POTATO VIRUS PVY LIKE PARTICLES FOR EXPRESSION OF HETEROLOGOUS PROTEIN SEQUENCES

Present invention pertains to field of molecular biology, biotechnology and to production of components for vaccines and diagnostic remedies.The invention discloses method of producing filamentous virus-like particles (VLP). Using genetic engineering methods additional sequences of amino acids are introduced in the structure of VLP, including peptides (epitopes) typical of disease causes, unhindered regard to self-collection process of VLP. For obtaining VLP there are used bacterium Escherichia coli as host cells. Moreover, there is disclosed feasibility to use VLP for obtaining specific high-quality antibodies regarding additional sequences of amino acids.
