MECHANISM FOR POWERING HYDRAULIC PRESS

摘要

Invention refers to mechanisms used in the presses in order to obtain required pressing force. Its purpose is to expand functional capacity of the press providing possibility of mechanism operating at different inclination. It has been provided connecting press punch and frame via rhomboid mechanism which the longest sides joint and the shortest sides joint is connected via hydraulic cylinder. The particular use in the performance of rhomboid mechanism is positioning mechanism then its shortest links are on one line. It is possible to obtain a theoretically unlimited punch pressing force in this position. The proposed mechanism in hydraulic press is recommended for use in mobile equipment, where it can happen operating at different inclination. Pressing can be done in a closed and the continuous flow dies.
