PURPOSE: An automatic fire extinguisher for a heater is provided to enable a heater to be automatically extinguished since the use time of the heater is set and the ignited wick automatically descends at a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: An automatic fire extinguisher for a heater comprises a timer(13), a wick lift unit and a consecutive actuation unit. The wick lift unit moves up and down a wick(2). The consecutive actuation unit consists of a plurality of assembled parts which cooperate between the timer and a wick driving shaft of the wick lift unit. The wick automatically descends at a predetermined time.
