FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to development of ventilated mould and method for manufacturing of moulded item. Technical result is achieved in mould for manufacturing of moulded items formed of two semi-moulds, which are arranged with the possibility of engagement to create closed position and with the possibility of disengagement for changeover into opened position. At the same time mould cavity is produced in closed position. Besides surface of mould cavity contains groove connected to one ventilation tube. Moreover, one ventilation tube has passage to let gas out of mould cavity. And one groove has depth of up to 10 mm and width of up to 5 mm. Besides depth is more or equal to width, and has cross section formed by a pair of side walls arranged at sharp angle to each other and connected with the help of top section. ^ EFFECT: solving problem of foamed material damage, formation of cavities and incomplete filling. ^ 41 cl, 29 dwg
