FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises setting controlled wheels to zero position approximating to in-line motion position, turning steering wheels in turn to one side and another through appropriate angles at which controlled wheels turn from said zero position. On turning steering wheel into another side, controlled wheel return into zero position is recorded and steering wheel turn angle for given moment is defined for turn to said side from wheel initial position. Then said wheel is turned to first side and controlled wheel return into zero position is recorded and steering wheel turn angle for given moment is defined for turn to said side from wheel initial position. Play is defined as sum of said angles of steering wheel turn from its initial position. To eliminate steering wheel vibration at whatever position, averaged turn angle is defined. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of play determination. ^ 1 dwg |
