PURPOSE:A hairdressing that contains a specific polyoxyalkylene monoalkyl ether phosphate ester as an effective component, thus having high hairdressing performance, erroding no celluloied and others and readily removing away on shampooing. CONSTITUTION:Said hairdressing contains at least one of phosphate esters of compounds of the formula (R is 1-18C alkyl; R<1>O is group of butylene oxide polymer or random copolymer of butylene oxide and propylene oxide; a and b are determined so that the weight ratio of butylene oxide to propylene oxide and the molecular weight may become 10:90-90:10 and 500-10,000 respectively). The resulting hairdressing base is incorporated with water, ethanol, and others to make hairdressings, e.g., hair liquid or hair tonic. |
