SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING INTEREST MIXED LOAN, PROGRAM RECORDING MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A method and a system for processing a loan mixed with an interest rate and a recording medium for the same are provided to prepare when interest rate increases or decreases and hedges constant price of loaning price of a client, thereby proving stable loan product. CONSTITUTION: A mixed interest rate setting unit(120) classifies a short-term interest rate money and a long-term interest rate money. The mixed interest rate setting unit set a mixed interest applied to total loaning price. If the period of calculating loaning interest about total expenses, a loan interest calculating unit(130) calculates a short-term interest rate loan interest and a long-term interest rate loan interest about the short-term interest rate money and the long-term interest rate money. A total loan interest calculating unit computes a loan interest about the total loaning price.
