PIXEL SENSOR CELL INCLUDING LIGHT SHIELD

PURPOSE: A pixel sensor cell including a light shield is provided to implement a pixel cell of a rear light type used for a global shutter mode by including an enhanced light shielding part. CONSTITUTION: A carrier substrate(42) is formed on a second semiconductor layer. A second transistor(T2') is located between the second semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer is formed on the second semiconductor layer and an upper carrier substrate. A photoactive region is located within the semiconductor layer. A light shielding layer(M3) is located between the semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. The light shielding layer shields the second transistor from the back light.
