FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises a smoking room, a refrigerating machine, an air heat exchanger, a smoke-and-air duct with dampers, rods for product suspension and directional fans. The air heat exchanger is mounted between the smoke tender unit and the tubular evaporator of the refrigerating machine. The evaporator of the refrigerating machine is connected to the smoking room. The fans are located in front of the air heat exchanger, in the upper and lower parts of the smoking room. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to provide for uniform distribution of working mixture throughout the smoking room volume. ^ 1 dwg |
