PURPOSE: A hinge device for folding portable terminal with a swing technique is provided to realize a large screen through a first and a second display unit which are combined into one body, thereby satisfying the desire of a user to have a combined display unit. CONSTITUTION: A first hinge module(10) rotates a cover up and down to open and close a first and a second display unit. A second hinge module rotates a main body up and down to open and close the first and the second display unit. A third hinge module(70) rotates the cover and the main body to the left and right to face the first and the second display unit. The third hinge module rotates the main body and the cover clockwise or counter clockwise when the first and the second display unit are opened.
