PURPOSE: A drier using a freezing apparatus is provided to reduce the exhaust of greenhouse gas by drying objects using electric energy instead of oil or gas. CONSTITUTION: A drier using a freezing apparatus comprises a hot air supply duct(2), an air exhaust duct(3), a rotating dry drum(4), a rotary scattering device, and a heat exchanger(5). The air exhaust duct is installed separate from the hot air supply duct. The rotating dry drum is fitted with agitating blades which raise and drop objects to mix and stir the objects. The rotary scattering device is located higher than a transfer device to drop the object into the transfer device. The heat exchanger comprises a condenser for heating(92), a condenser for preheating(93), and an evaporator for cooling and dehumidification(95). The condensers heat and preheat through the circulation of refrigerant. The evaporator eliminates the moisture from the air by cooling the air.
