PURPOSE: A device and a method for a digital picturing image are provided to reduce the shutter release rack. CONSTITUTION: A vertical driving signal is reset when inputting a shutter-release signal(S140). If a vertical driving signal is reset, raw light is opened(S150). If the shutter-releases are inputted, a live-view vertical driving signal during current progress is completed(S120). A shutter release lag of photography is constant.
