PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method of managing the quality of ready mixed concrete are provided to inform the defection of ready mixed concrete by monitoring the state of the ready mixed concrete in a production step. CONSTITUTION: A sensing unit(120) detects the input amount of each components in a ready mixed concrete product, and a calculation unit(140) measures the input value for each component, and calculates the production error for each component of the ready mixed concrete product based on the measurement value and the input amount. A judgment processing unit(150) judges the defection of the ready mixed concrete product based on the production error and an error allowance range, and generates an alarm signal according to the judgment result. An alarm unit(160) alarms the defection of the ready mixed concrete product based on the alarm signal.
