摘要

PURPOSE: A method for extracting fatty acid methylester from microalgae and a method for producing biodiesel thereby are provided to obtain oil with high content of main lipid. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting fat ingredient for producing biodiesel comprises: a step of freeze-drying microalgae including Heterokontophyta or Haptophyta at -100 to -60°C and 5-30 m Torr to obtain freeze-dried powder; and a step of adding organic solvent to the freeze-dried powder to extract fat ingredient. The organic solvent is hexane, diethylether, dichloromethane, chloroform, methanole, ethanol, or mixture thereof.
