The conveyor has a main body (8) equipped with a guiding element of a drive member of a collection device utilized for collecting elements issued from a machine-tool. The drive member is adapted to perform translation movement along a path in a closed circuit. The guiding element includes a primary rectilinear guiding module (15) with an end connected to an end of a secondary guiding module (28). The guiding modules are detachably mounted on the main body of the conveyor. The secondary guiding module includes a plate on which an active part is fixed.
