COMPOUND HAVING SELF-ASSEMBLING PROPERTY AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF, AND METHOD FOR PREPARING NANO STRUCTURE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a compound with self-assembly property and method for manufacturing a nano structure using the same are provided to ensure excellent self-assembly property in a solvent even at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A compound with self-assembly property is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of reacting carboxy group-containing compound of chemical formula 2, condensing agent, and reaction catalyst to prepare a first intermediate; a step of preparing a second intermediate of chemical formula 4; and a step of reacting the first and second intermediates by peptide bond. The carboxy group-containing compound is a compound of chemical formula 5. The condensing agent is 1-cyclohexyl-3-(morpholinoethyl)carbodiimide, diisopropyl carbodiimide, 1,1'-carbonyldiimidazole, 1,3-dicyclohexyl carbodiimide or 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride.
