PURPOSE: A device for exercising the whole body is provided, which enables a user to do twist motion of the waist by the power of a pedal and maximizes whole body exercise effect. CONSTITUTION: A device for exercising the whole body comprises: a pair of pedals(1) which are installed in a main frame; a chair(2) which is fixed to the main frame and is installed at the constant height; a handle(4) which is installed higher than the chair; a belt(5) rotating the handle by pedal drive; a rotating cylinder(6) which is perpendicularly installed in the lower central part of the chair; a belt fixture(7) in which the center portion of the belt rolled on the rotating cylinder is fixed to the rotating cylinder; and a revolution post(8) fixed to the rotating cylinder.
